Learning Outcomes: By the end of the unit, you should be able to:

Synopsis: Learn a structured way to analyse a firms strategy and its various components. Through case studies, you'll work on developing solutions to strategic problems in diverse contexts. You will gain an in-depth appreciation of strategic management thinking and decision making.

Content: The unit is designed to develop your understanding of strategy in the context of organisations' external environments and resources and capabilities. The unit will address the strategic choices at the business and the corporate levels. It will take account of issues related to the development and implementation of strategies.
