Synopsis: | Gain a fundamental understanding of multinational corporations and the issues they face.
You'll learn about multinational firms' business environments, their competitive strategies and strategic capabilities. You'll also gain an appreciation of how they manage issues associated with international expansions and the control and co-ordination of their operations.
