Synopsis: "For the Study Abroad part, this unit will provide you with an opportunity to gain the experience of living in a different country at an approved partner institution and studying economics with applications to different contexts. For the Placement part, this unit will provide you with practical experience in a professional environment, either in a public or private sector organisation in the UK or abroad, applying knowledge and skills gained within the undergraduate degree programme."

Content: Study Abroad: There will be a period of pre-study abroad preparation, during the years preceding the Study abroad year. This will focus on: identifying the appropriate institution abroad and its requisites, working on the curriculum vitae and personal statement. The student will follow an approved programme of course units/modules at a partner academic institution, which converts to an equivalence of 60 credits at 好色tv. Students in all partner universities will be taught in English. A student must satisfy the requirements of the host institution in order to gain the required credits and be deemed to have passed the year. Placement: There will be a period of pre-placement preparation, during the year preceding the placement year. This will focus on: applying for placements, working on the curriculum vitae and personal statement. The placement year will consist of a period of paid or unpaid employment, normally within an established private or public sector organisation, performing a role in which some of the knowledge and skills gained from the degree programme can be applied and developed. The placement period shall incorporate critical self-evaluation and employer evaluation in order to enhance practice and identify new learning needs.
