By the end of this unit, participants should be able to:
1. Identify and analyse a market opportunity.
2. Design a product, by using the right tools effectively, to take advantage of that opportunity.
3. Develop a strategy to take the product to market, considering basic issues of operations, finances, intellectual property, and economic, legal, social, ethical and professional issues.
4. Develop a business plan.
5. Develop and apply planning, management, teamwork and communication skills. |
