You will spend time in a local school both observing lessons and working with pupils and teachers. You will use this experience to design, carry out and evaluate a project at the school.

Content: You will be paired with a school and teacher from the local area. You will initially spend time observing teaching at the school and acting as a classroom assistant if required. Based on this experience you will design a project to carry out in the school in semester 2. During semester 2 you will spend 1-2 days a week in the school carrying out your project and any other appropriate teaching tasks as negotiated with the teacher.
